Selca #1: New red wig came in recently and I absolutely adore it even if there's a bit too much volume. I think it'll grow to be one of m favourites. ((Ignore my slightly chapped lips...I kept licking them even though I had gloss on orz)

It's already been a week? Again? Dear goodness, where is time going? I know I've been tweeting crazily about blogging and making a new posting but I really just have come to Blogger and without fail, lost the motivation to post anything every time I've hit the "New Post" button. Finally, after another bloody week filled with college documents, preparing for college orientation, going out, and being dreadfully exhausted, I finally have the time and motivation to blog.

Despite what this may seem like, I'm actually not going to do a personal blog post today, I'd rather not bore you with a lengthy description of the nothingness that my week has been. Today's post (well, one of today's post) is another lens review, I do remember warning you readers that there would be a lot of those coming up because I bought such a massive amount from Kiwiberry when they had their holiday sale (9 in total).

So keep reading so we can get into all of this.

Good Sunday all. I'm tired and exhausted as hell after pulling an all nighter on Friday and then going out without any sleep on Saturday. It was the worst thing I've done in a while and honestly I had all intentions of blogging when I got home yesterday, but it seems like exhaustion won over my wants. Which is totally okay. However, this is probably going to be something that occurs a lot in the future with schooling coming up and what not. Sigh.

Anyway, we're not here to get into an in depth personal spectrum of things, that'll be in my next post, today is something I'm totally excited about and have been hinting at as an upcoming post for a couple days now and if you can't already tell from the title of this post or the picture in the second link above, shame on you. I'll be reviewing one of my favourite lenses from the batch that I got from Kiwiberry (the last of my batch came in yesterday, which was pretty great), the EOS Manson White lenses.

So let's just jump right into this post, yeah?

Teaser Photos: This picture really has nothing to with this post, but it is foreshadowing an upcoming post.

Yeeeey for starting out posts with my face!! I'm really trying my hardest to get more comfortable with taking pictures of myself and being in front of a camera in general. Which ties in with the whole self confidence things I'm working on cause as narcissistic as I can be at times, I still lack a huuge amount of self-confidence. Also, I'm working on a eating healthier and well...actually eating since I have such a problem with remembering to eat or waking up too late/falling asleep too early to eat. I hope I can do it.

Anyway, this post isn't supposed to be about my upcoming life events and all that jazz, so pardon that (that's for a later bog post!). This post is a post that includes both the K-Indie recommendations I promised last post as well as some about me tags I found on Tumblr and combined. You find those tags and their questions: here, here, herehere, and here.

Read on past the jump to read the tag responses (and no, I'm not tagging anyone this was done for fun) as well as the recommendations.

otto & I: I realized this is like one of few pictures of us on the blog. So...<3
I realized it's been a couple week since my last blog post. Dear goodness. I can't even believe that time has flown by so quickly. If you couldn't tell by the title of the post, rather than catch you all up on what's been going on these last couple days, I'm just going talk about the time I spent with my wife, otto, cause let's be real...that's the only important thing that happened. So, don't walk into this post thinking you're going to get a huuuge explanation about my disappearance from Blogger. I'll mention it briefly, but nothing aside from that.

Also, I promised a good friend of mine and a couple others that I would offer them a list of some Korean Indie bands/artists that I completely recommend and that can be found here.

Keep reading past the jump for pictures and more blabberings.

Movie Theater bathroom: Ibuprofen, Tampons, Chewable Toothbrush, Sour Drops Candy, Glowstix.

Good day everyone! I missed a post yesterday because I was out with a friend and I didn't get home until a little bit after midnight. I was out for a while though, my friend came at like 4pm when I was sleeping and had the audacity to greet me with, "Did I wake you up? Man, it's 4 o'clock, you better wake your ass up. We're going to exercise and then we're gonna chill. Now give me a hug, I haven't seen you since last year." I kind of just snorted tiredly and gave her a hug.

I have to admit though, I wasn't too upset with it because I hadn't, in fact, seen her since the latter part of 2012, a bit before Halloween and Thanksgiving. So I wasn't too angry. So after I got ready and she filled me in on how her New Year was already ringing in with some drama, we headed to the park and walked for a bit. I think we walked about a mile or so, even with the shortcuts and stuff we took.

I hope you rather enjoy the picture I used to open this post up. Keep reading for an explanation of this ridiculousness and even more ridiculousness in the form of pictures.

My camera case, my cell phone, my Swag wallet, my glasses, and my Subway sandwich.
This weekend was absolutely lovely, guys. And I genuinely mean that. It was something that I definitely needed. I finally got to see my lovely wife, otto, again after not seeing her since Thanksgiving weekend and I just was already set for the weekend when we picked her up. She gave me my Christmas gifts, which I totally forgot to take pictures of, but when I do, I'll update this post with them, and I gave her hers.

She almost took back the gift she got me when she saw mine cause she felt that it wasn't up to par with what I got her...but I loved it. I loved that she gave me the cutest things ever and I'm happy with them. In case you're wondering, I got her the same camera I have but in black. You can read more about in at her post.

We pretty much spent the entire day together and then she spent the night. So it was tons of time to catch up. As you can see we went to Subway, but we also went to our favourite Thai place and the Caribbean bakery. So yum yum. This may come as a shock to people, but despite being fat...amongst the group of friends I have, I eat the least. I can normally eat a sandwich or a snack and be full enough to bypass a meal until later on in the day. Which is what ended up happening on Saturday. After eating the Subway, I ended up not being hungry enough to eat any of the Thai until later.

Click read more to see all the pictures and read more blabberings from me. If your computer runs slow, please be aware that these photos may fuck with your computer. My apologies.

It's a bit later than I actually wanted to get this out there and because of that I've added another topic of review in it.

Initially I was going to review Kiwiberry's store, but I went out yesterday with the wife, otto, and I ended up wearing the lens I got from PinkyParadise. So I just decided to review all three in the same post. I should also mention that while this post can be a bit photo heavy depending on how your computer runs, a lot of the photos from the lens review are old (as you can tell by the editing and colouring used) and this review was meant to be done way before 2012 was even close to ending. So, wootz for posting late reviews. and look! First review of the new year, that's always good.

Anyway, I have to say this before I go in. This is not a sponsored post nor has my opinion been influenced by any person or persons. These opinions and words are strictly my own and no one else. I am not getting paid to do this review in any manner, so please do not take post more than what it is...an opinion.\

For today's post, I decided to do something that I've wanted to do for a while and revive an old post of mine. Now, if you didn't already know...I've been blogging for technically 2 years. My original blog can be found here or here. Initially, I was excited about blogging, but Monochromatics died extremely quickly for me because as much as I love makeup and cosmetics...I just couldn't support myself enough to be a beauty blogger, plus I have way too many interests to just blog about one thing. So Monochromatics was a sham. A year, to the day exactly, this blog was started. And I'm by far, much more comfortable here. However, I'll never delete Monochromatics on either Tumblr or Blogger, so it's always there for people to see if they wish to look.

However, that's not the point of this post. Even though, my blogging birthday technically passed...we'll venture away from that. Since I posted a recipe yesterday, I thought I'd bring back the first and only recipe I posted on one of my blogs. Last year for Thanksgiving, I spent it with my wife, otto, and while there, I ended up cooking (of course she helped out.) The full, original post can be found here...but I am going to repost it to this blog to join yesterday's post.

So enjoy and ignore the rambling in the directions. ♥

Arbor Mist: Mixed Berry Pinot Noir, Sangria Zinfandel, and Peach Chardonnay ; Bartles & Jaymes: Fuzzy Navel

On Monday evening, my mum and I made our way to our fancy local Walmart and picked up some groceries. Of course since it was New Years Eve, my mum decided to lovely and indulge in picking up some alcohol. We both prefer the taste of Arbor Mist (and I would have preferred homemade wine) and I like anything that's sweet, so we picked up a couple bottles of Arbor Mist and B&J's Malt Coolers in Fuzzy Navel to appeal to both of our tastes. Obviously, I kept the Fuzzy Navels for myself and I couldn't wait until we got home before I pulled out a bottle. So I had one on the way home. It's delicious, seriously. Ugh, so good.

Anyway, I went to Walmart with the intentions of picking up some stuff so that I could cook on Tuesday. I knew I definitely wanted to make a pasta dish, so I definitely went with that in mind. Me being me, I always seem to get distracted when I'm picking up groceries because I'm never quite sure what I want to make fully. While I ended up picking up some Wel-Pac Chow Mein Stir Fry Noodles, I also ended up picking up some a block of melting cheese, Chicken Stock, Seafood Flavour Booster, Soy Sauce (I like using it my ramen) and a bottle of Teriyaki stir-fry sauce.

By the time Tuesday rolled around, I genuinely did not what the heck I was going to make as I sat there staring all the things I had bought. What the hell can I make with Cheese, Soy Sauce, and Teriyaki Sauce and actually make it taste somewhat decent? Nothing. Nothing at all. But I assure you...I was wrong.

So to ring in the New Year right, I bring you a recipe. For now, I think I'll call it Accidental Pasta With A Chicken & Cheese Sauce...which is really what it is. Keep reading to get the recipe and all that good stuff.
